Logging in to Bhalobet is straightforward, but there are a few security practices worth knowing to keep your account protected.
Username or mobile number — which should you use?
There are two ways to log in to Bhalobet. The first is with the Username you chose during registration — the fastest option. The second is with your registered mobile number, which comes in handy when you can't remember your Username.
OTP login is convenient because you don't need to remember a password — though you do have to wait for the OTP each time. On a personal device, password login is generally faster.
Forgot your password?
To reset your password, contact Bhalobet support. You'll verify your identity with your mobile number and a few security details, then you'll be able to set a new password.
Log in from multiple devices
You can be logged in to the same account from multiple devices at the same time. That said, signing in from an unrecognized device for the first time will require OTP verification — a necessary step to keep your account secure.
Keep in mind: Bhalobet will never ask for your password by email or SMS. Any message requesting it is a phishing attempt.
If your account gets locked
Five consecutive incorrect password attempts will temporarily lock your account. If this happens, contact Bhalobet support — accounts are typically reactivated within 1–2 hours.
Log In via Mobile Browser
Bhalobet's full functionality is available right in your mobile browser. Just type bhalobet.bio in Chrome or Firefox — the mobile version loads automatically. Use "Add to Home Screen" so you never have to type the address again.
